Accepting these terms

Using McMenus.us means you accept what is written here. If you do not, please do not use the site. These terms apply to everyone who reads a page, leaves a comment, rates an item or uses any of the tools.

The site is for information only

McMenus.us publishes menu information, prices, nutrition data, restaurant locations and opening hours as a reference. It is not an ordering service, it is not official McDonald's material, and it is not advice. Nothing here should be treated as a guarantee about what a particular restaurant sells, charges or contains.

Accuracy of prices

This deserves its own section, because prices are the reason most people come here.

McDonald's does not publish a national price list. Each franchise sets its own prices, so no such list exists to copy. The figures on this site are collected from live restaurant listings across many locations, and for each item we take the median across those restaurants. 130 of 156 items currently carry a price.

What that means in practice:

• The price you see at your restaurant may differ, sometimes by a noticeable margin.
• Listing prices generally sit above the price on the counter board.
• Where a listing named a different size from the item as published, we say so beside the price.
• Prices change without notice and our data refreshes weekly, so a figure can lag reality.

Treat every price here as a well researched estimate. If the exact amount matters, check with the restaurant before you order.

Accuracy of nutrition, hours and other data

Nutrition, ingredient and allergen information comes from McDonald's own published data. Preparation varies between restaurants and kitchens share equipment and surfaces, so cross contact with allergens is always possible even where none is listed. If you have a serious allergy, confirm with the restaurant rather than relying on this site.

Opening hours, addresses and services come from McDonald's restaurant data and can be out of date, particularly around holidays or after a restaurant closes. Call ahead if a journey depends on it.

McDonald's, the Golden Arches logo, Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, McNuggets, McCafé, Happy Meal, McFlurry, McMuffin and all related names, logos and marks are trademarks of McDonald's Corporation. They appear on this site only to identify the products being described, which is nominative fair use. No claim of ownership is made or implied.

Using the site

You may read, share and link to anything here. You may not scrape the site at a scale that degrades it for others, republish substantial portions as your own, or use it to build a competing dataset. You may not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Comments and ratings

Comments and ratings are yours, and you are responsible for them. By posting, you grant us permission to display, store and remove that content on this site.

We remove anything that is spam, abusive, hateful, unlawful, off topic, deliberately misleading about prices or nutrition, or posted to promote something. Comments publish immediately, so removal happens after the fact rather than before. Ratings are one per browser per item.

Advertising

This site carries advertising, which pays for the work behind it. Ads are served by third party networks and we do not control or endorse what appears in them. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

Third party links

We link to McDonald's own site, to mapping services and to reference sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any site we link to.

Limits of liability

The site is provided as is. We make no warranty that it is complete, current or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on information here, including a price that turned out to be different, a restaurant that was closed, or a nutrition figure that did not match.

Changes

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site afterwards means the new version applies. We may also change, move or remove parts of the site at any time.
